Do you need a Travel Visa?

Welcome to the visa information page for international delegates attending the 19th OTL Africa Downstream Week, taking place from 26th to 31st October, 2025 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Foreign attendees wishing to enter Nigeria must have a valid international travel passport. A visa is required for citizens of countries that do not have a visa-exempt agreement with Nigeria.

Visa Support Documents.

Conference attendees may request a supporting document (Official Invitation Letter) as part of the visa application process. Requests for the supporting document can be made starting in mid-March.

Processing Time

Visa processing times may vary, and in some cases, can take a prolonged period. We strongly recommend applying for your visa as early as possible.

Eligibility

Only delegates who have completed their registration for OTL Africa Downstream Energy Week 2025 will be eligible to receive visa support letters.

Travel Insurance

We advise all attendees to arrange travel insurance for their trip to Nigeria. Insurance plans typically cover accidental loss of belongings, medical costs in case of injury, illness, travel delays, and other potential risks of international travel.
